So yesterday we went to Coronado Island to hang out and walk around ‘cause it’s a nice day. We left at 10:30 am then had lunch at Conching’s buffet. It’s a filipino store located somewhere on National City. It was a pretty crazy idea to go 12 miles for a lunch, but when I tasted their food, I knew right away that I’m on the right place at the right time. Seriously, their sisig is the best. Their food mentally and emotionall took me back to the Phillipines. Also, not to mention the fact that there was a cute filipino guy at my age eating there also along with his fam. And we’re like, facing each other because of our tables. Phwew.
Anyway, after eating lunch, we went directly to coronado island. The pier was really good and the beach overlooks Down town San diego. Unfortunately, my tito forgot to lend me his dslr so I felt hopeless and started forcing myself to be contented with my digi cam. I took some pics but not alot. My sister though, took a lot of pictures (the pictures above are her pictures) so I decided to use them instead. The beach has a lot of cafe overlooking the bridge that connects the island to the main land and the old battleship which is pretty cool. After a loooong walk, my kuya Alex and I seperated from the others ‘cause we want to check out some knickknacks store at the area. So we did. Pictures and story will be on the next post. League of legends is finished installing so I’ll get back to my tumblr as soon as everything’s fine with LOL installation.
